This innovative technique, the Solera-Vat process, is a pioneering effort by Glenfiddich in the whisky world and embodies Glenfiddich's philosophy of pushing the boundaries of the category.
The solera-veat process adds continuous flavor nuances to whisky by always casking only half of the whisky before it is bottled again. In this way, the casks still contain the original liquid.
